Course Title: QuickBooks Desktop Level Itypical Outline
Description: In this 2-day course, you will learn to set up and manage a company in QuickBooks. Topics include: entering opening balances, setting up and maintaining a chart of accounts, managing vendor, customer, and item lists and recording deposits, sales, and invoices, setting up employees and payroll.
Audience: Designed for individuals new to QuickBooks.
Prerequisite: Windows Level I or equivalent experience.

Course Title: QuickBooks Level IItypical Outline
Description: In this 1-day course, you will learn tools to streamline maintaining a company file such as item types, memorized transactions, maintaining lists, and creating letters, envelopes & labels using Microsoft Word. Learn to use QuickBooks inventory management tools and reports and how to work with estimates. Learn to customize forms and reports as well as how to create a budget.
Audience: Designed for individuals new to QuickBooks.
Prerequisite: QuickBooks Level I or equivalent experience.
